Suicidality Prevention2023-04-23
“To be or not to be, that is the question.”
—Shakespeare
Suicides have biological, psychological, and social drivers, and can be prevented by identifying and addressing those risk factors.
Lack of life satisfaction (unhappy, no hope, no meaning) are top risks identified by our research. They, and other risk factors, can be identified with our Life x Improve digital screening instrument which does not ask about suicidal ideation, and can be used widely for screening in non-clinical settings, like military, universities, and other organizations. Life satisfaction, and other mental health measures, can be tracked daily at home with our Life x Mind app. Biological risk factors can be identified, as well as matching nutraceuticals and medications, with our blood tests.
Given the continued occurrence of these preventable tragedies, new approaches have to be tried.
Live. Happier. Longer.
