No Trivial Days2024-10-07
“The distance between dreams and reality is called discipline.”
—Paulo Coelho
People have regrets at the end of their lives because of the things they did not do. Either they were afraid to do them, or they got side-tracked from doing them.
It is important not to get caught in the entropic drift of life. For that, you have to know what your true life goals are, have a mission statement that you review daily, and do something to move towards those goals every day, even if small, even if for 5 minutes. With an attitude of gratitude for the blessings in your life, even if small, even if mundane.
I call this approach No Bad Days, No Zero Days, No Trivial Days. The best way to not drift is to have a journal, plan for, and track what is important to you. Can be on paper, or digital, or an app (like the Life x Mind app).
