AI vs. AI2025-02-18
“Action is the real measure of intelligence.”
—Napoleon Hill
When looking to improve our lives, our health, we tend to rely on the advice of other people/experts we trust. Actual Intelligence.
In this day and age, computer-assisted advice seeking has progressed so fast, that in many fields, including medicine, it outdoes experts. Artificial Intelligence.
Can we trust it by itself? In science, and decision making, looking at the convergence of multiple independent sources of information ensures that true and reproducible signal is found. Why not take the same approach here? Use Artificial Intelligence first, and then look at the convergence with Actual Intelligence, one or more human experts. You might be one of those experts, in the case of your own life and health, as you know yourself best.
At MindX Sciences, we have built a simple 8 item “Good Life” score. It is embodied in our Life x Mind app. If you score high on this checklist, you are likely to live a long, healthy, and fulfilling life. Over time, we will deploy a MindX AI, to serve as your mentor and coach in living a good life. Int the meantime, why not ask your preferred AI, whether Grok or another, how to best accomplish each of those items, in a personalized way that works best for you? Diet, exercise, sleep, intimacy, social connections, greater good, daily successes, and daily (non-addiction) satisfactions. Let the accumulated intelligence of humanity lead you to better actions!
