“Time is the scarcest resource and unless it is managed nothing else can be managed.”
—Peter Drucker
Intelligence is the ability to marshal resources towards achieving goals related to people, things, concepts. The resources are time, energy, attention, money, knowledge. Knowledge (especially secret, restricted, specialized) used to be the most important differentiator. AI is democratizing that, automation and robots will decrease the need for money, so there is a shift to more basic resources like attention, energy and, ultimately, time as becoming more valuable and rate-limiting.
We all have a limited amount of time alive. So maximizing that, which means avoiding suicides and improving longevity, is the ultimate value-creation. Suicide risk factors are well understood. They need to be confronted, quantitated, and mitigated. At a biological, sociological, and psychological level. Longevity is not just passive (avoiding wear and tear), but also active (rebuilding your body). The latter is directly controlled by your mental health and life satisfaction. If life is perceived to be good, the organism invests resources to repair, rebuild, and stay alive. The opposite occurs when life is perceived to be bad, all the way to suicidality.
We have developed tools to improve your mental health, keep track of your life satisfaction (happiness, hope, meaning), and enhance your active longevity. From biological health (MindX One blood testing) to sociological health (Life x Improve digital testing), to daily psychological health (Life x Mind app). They provide actionable intelligence.
