There is something all of us can do, and share with our families, friends - and patients. Advanced diagnostics, targeted treatments are great. Prehab and prevention are even better. Takes 5 minutes a day to boost body and mind. Fast. Easy. Targeted. The 5 Minute Power-Up. Here it is:
Count in your head 5-4-3-2-1 start.
1 minute - drink a glass of Kefir or equivalent (look it up). Great for your gut and anxiety.
2 minutes - do some pushups (if you are a male) or air squats (if you are a female). Great for your muscles and mood.
2 minutes - Box Breathing (look it up). Great for your stress hormones and cognition.
That’s it. 5 minutes a day.
If you want to do more and other things, by all means do so, but this will provide the basic, fastest and best power-up.
