People want somebody to be there with them, walk alongside them when they go through trials and tribulations, when they are exposed to new uncertain things. Religion serves that role. Medicine serves that role as well. The human touch, and human connection, are crucial.
The field of Precision Mental Health is new. Patients and clinicians are going through trials (and tribulations) in their assessments and treatments, the adoption of new tools exposes them to uncertainty about how to use them.
We need to make that process easy, as a field, for best outcomes. At MindX Sciences, besides caring humans interacting with patients and clinicians who order our tests, we have developed a friendly MindX AI (nicknamed Max). Max is a trinity. It is on our website to educate people about what we do, in the secure MindX portal people get with testing results, to help clinicians and patients understand and interpret them, and in the Life x Mind app to guide people towards better daily practices and outcomes.
